What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and validate raw materials, chemical formulations, and bonding processes.
- Perform wet chemistry, spectroscopy, chromatography, and titration techniques.
- Act as the Safety Officer – create, implement, and enforce safety procedures for hazardous material handling.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
- Support process improvements, product development, and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing lab or industrial R&D setting
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of chemical processes, lab instrumentation, and QA protocols
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards
- Proficient with data analysis tools, LIMS, and Microsoft Office
