We're seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for an immediate full-time temporary assignment in the Bridgeport area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within a legal office setting
- Prepare, edit, and maintain legal documents and correspondence
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling activities
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Coordinate meetings and support daily office operations
- Perform general clerical and secretarial duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous legal secretarial, legal administrative, or related legal office experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
