Job Description
Lead Assembler opening working for a manufacturer in the aerospace tooling industry for over 80 years. Direct Hire, 1st shift. Hartford area.
This leadership role requires a person who has hands-on experience with the assembly line process and has proven supervisory experience. Background in the aerospace manufacturing / fabrication industry is strongly preferred.
$25 - $28 per hour, plus benefits.
Requirements
- At least 2 years working as an assembler in the manufacturing industry.
- Aerospace industry background strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with large, industrial parts.
- At least 1 year experience working as an assembly line lead or supervisor.
- Quality Control Inspection knowledge
- Ability to use all basic manufacturing hand tools for the assembly and minor repairing process.
