Job Description
A.R. Mazzotta has partnered with a company who has been impacted by industry regulation changes and is looking for a knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join their team!
Direct hire, $55K to $65K
Working on-site in their Watertown area location, the HR Generalists will lead and direct daily human resource functions including recruiting and hiring staff, benefits and leave, overseeing payroll, and ensuring company policies and practices are adhered to.
This company is looking for just the right person to take on this Human Resources Generalist position. The HR Generalist needs to understand and appreciate their core values which include integrity, strong work ethic, dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related business degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience
- 3 years’ experience processing payroll
- Benefit administration experience
- Paychex experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including advanced level functions
