Job Description
A.R. Mazzotta has 2 openings working for a non-profit organization in its human resources department. This organization is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join its HR team and provide essential administrative support.
Deep River area, contract to hire. $20 per hour.
In this HR role, you will assist in various HR functions based on your prior experience. This may include payroll processing, benefit management, recruiting coordination, maintaining employee files or general administrative tasks.
Whether you have 1 to 3 years of experience working in human resources or are a grad looking for a foot in the door this might be the opportunity for you!
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an HR department, or 3 months office experience with a degree in HR or similar field.
- Understanding of employment laws.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software programs with ease.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
