Busy state department in Hartford has a need for a HR Assistant to support their human resources team.
Long-term contract opening, $20 per hour, plus benefits.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (on-site position)
This department is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to assist with:
- Conducting reference checks on potential candidates via telephone
- Sending out offer letters via email
- Coordinating onboarding for new hires
- Uploading documents into the database
- Providing general administrative support as needed
