Job Description
Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
This position has been filled, but new opportunities open daily.
We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.
This position requires prior sit-down forklift experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting performing shipping, receiving, stocking, and general material handling duties.
Offering qualified candidates $19 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload materials
- Move, stock, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks
- Follow safety procedures and complete forklift re-training/certification upon hire
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
Requirements
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required
- Steel toe boots required
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 55 lbs consistently
- Stand, walk, or sit for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks)
- Perform bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday
