Job Description

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.

This position requires prior sit-down forklift experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting performing shipping, receiving, stocking, and general material handling duties.

Offering qualified candidates $19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload materials
Move, stock, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks
Follow safety procedures and complete forklift re-training/certification upon hire
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

Requirements

Previous sit-down forklift experience required
Steel toe boots required
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or factory environment
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 55 lbs consistently
Stand, walk, or sit for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks)
Perform bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday
