Job Description
Executive Assistant opportunities in the Hartford area. These long-term contract executive assistant openings are working in various state agencies. Excellent opportunity to keep your skills and resume up to date and possibly a foot in the door working for the State of Connecticut!
$23.50 per hour. Most full-time, contract positions qualify for A.R. Mazzotta’s benefits package.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing administrative support to C-level executives.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Prior experience managing executives and/or board members’ calendars.
- Experience processing expense reports
- Travel arrangements experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
