Job Description

Connecticut non-profit organization located in Middlesex County has a need for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the executive director and team.

$20 - $23 per hour

Excellent opportunity for a professional administrative assistant to join a small close-knit team while working for an organization that supports the local community.

This opportunity will allow you to use your customer service savviness, administrative background, and technical computer skills.
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors to the office
  • Maintaining calendar
  • Assist with meeting preparation
  • Maintaining donor database
  • Preparing educational materials
  • Provide general administrative support for the director and team
  • At least 3 years of solid executive administrative support experience
  • Non-profit background is a plus
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new databases with ease
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
