Executive Assistant
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a fantastic opportunity to advance your career? We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO of a state-affiliated organization in Middletown, CT. This long-term contract position offers valuable experience in a high-level executive setting, with a pay rate of $24 per hour.
Key Responsibilities for this EA role:
- Direct support to the organization’s CEO
- Coordinate and assist with events and special projects
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Draft memos, reports, and correspondence
- Provide backup support for other executive assistants as needed
- Organize and maintain data and records
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with relevant experience in an executive support, executive administrative or executive secretarial role. Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills are a must. Willingness to support other executives when necessary.
