Job Description
Executive Assistant (Direct Hire)
A well-established manufacturing company in the Deep River, CT area is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability and the chance to work closely with executive leadership.
This role will provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive team, helping manage priorities, coordinate travel and meetings, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Offering qualified candidates $27-30 per hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for executive leadership
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Track expenses and assist with expense reporting
- Support strategic initiatives and executive projects as needed
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
