Job Description
Events Coordinator
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for event planning and marketing? A.R. Mazzotta is seeking an innovative Events Coordinator to join a dynamic team and help a unique venue bring new visitors through exciting public events!
$25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and organize events designed to attract the general public.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote events effectively.
- Think creatively to develop unique concepts that set the venue apart.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and coordination.
- Advertising using various social media platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in event planning and marketing.
- Experience using various social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and during scheduled events.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Flexibility required for weekends and event days.
