Job Description

Events Coordinator

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for event planning and marketing? A.R. Mazzotta is seeking an innovative Events Coordinator to join a dynamic team and help a unique venue bring new visitors through exciting public events!

$25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and organize events designed to attract the general public.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote events effectively.
Think creatively to develop unique concepts that set the venue apart.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and coordination.
Advertising using various social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in event planning and marketing.
Experience using various social media platforms for marketing purposes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and during scheduled events.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Flexibility required for weekends and event days.
