Job Description

Manufacturing Production Jobs – 1st & 2nd Shift
  • Wallingford & Middlefield Areas
  • Contract with possible hire
  • $18 - $20 depending on shift
A well-established manufacturing company with a clean, temperature-controlled, high-tech facility needs multiple production team members for both 1st and 2nd shift.

These positions offer a great opportunity to build your manufacturing experience, learn new skills, and potentially transition into a permanent role.

Manufacturing Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
  • Operating production or CNC machines
  • Small-piece assembly work
  • Visual in-process inspection of parts
  • Using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Following work instructions and quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months’ manufacturing experience or technical school training
  • Ability to use calipers and micrometers
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
