Job Description
Manufacturing Production Jobs – 1st & 2nd Shift
- Wallingford & Middlefield Areas
- Contract with possible hire
- $18 - $20 depending on shift
A well-established manufacturing company with a clean, temperature-controlled, high-tech facility needs multiple production team members for both 1st and 2nd shift.

Manufacturing Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Operating production or CNC machines
- Small-piece assembly work
- Visual in-process inspection of parts
- Using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Following work instructions and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ manufacturing experience or technical school training
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
