Customer Service Representative – Call Center Experience
Westbrook Area | $25/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Contract to Potential Hire
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a busy customer service department where taking care of the customer is the priority. This is a high-volume call center environment where employees work together to resolve concerns, coordinate service, and make sure customers receive the help they need.
The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, stay calm and professional when things get busy, and genuinely enjoy helping people. Being a strong team player is essential to success in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers to answer questions and resolve concerns
- Handle a high volume of customer calls while maintaining a professional, helpful approach
- Schedule and coordinate service calls
- Review customer billing and account history as needed
- Work closely with field service technicians to coordinate customer needs and on-site service
- Research customer issues and determine the appropriate next steps
- Document customer interactions and account information accurately
- Communicate and collaborate with team members throughout the day
- Help ensure customers receive timely, responsive service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or similar environment
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and patient when handling customer concerns
- Able to stay organized and focused when multiple priorities come up at once
- Comfortable working closely with a team and communicating throughout the day
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Dependable, positive, and willing to jump in and help the team when needed
Schedule & Opportunity
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- $25/hour

- Full-time contract position with potential for permanent hire
Westbrook area – on-site during training, with potential for hybrid work after training is successfully completed
