Job Description

Bilingual – Customer Service Representative

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? Become a valued member of our client’s team for the upcoming busy tax season!

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Seasonal openings are scheduled to start the first week of January and will run through April.

  • Hartford area, working on-site. Potential for a hybrid schedule after January.

  • $20.60 per hour.

This well-known organization in the Hartford area is looking for multiple customer service representatives to assist individuals with setting up appointments, answering general questions, and providing basic tax information. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the tax preparers.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new computer programs with ease.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
