Job Description
Our client in the Deep River area is expanding their customer service team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing customer service department this Order Entry - Customer Service role might be for you!
$19 per hour, contract to hire.
We will be interviewing individuals with the following experience and skills for this customer service role.
- Experience working in a customer service department (non-retail environment).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while providing top-notch customer service.
- Fast and accurate data entry / order entry skills.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Confirming and tracking orders.
- Providing general administrative support.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge.
- Experience working on an ERP system is a plus.
