Please Note: This is not a remote position. Approximately three months of onsite training in Connecticut is required before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls from existing customers
- Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, payments, and service requests
- Research customer accounts and provide accurate information
- Update customer records while navigating multiple computer systems
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service with every interaction
We're Looking For
You'll be successful in this role if you have experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as:
- Call center or contact center
- Banking or credit union
- Insurance
- Utility customer service
- Medical office or patient services
- High-volume office environment
Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
