Customer Service Manager – Call Center Operations | $60K–$70K
Greater New Haven area | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Looking for a leadership role where you’ll manage the full operation of a customer service department? We’re hiring a Customer Service Manager – Call Center Operations to lead a growing call center team, drive performance, and oversee the department’s strategy, budget, and results.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all aspects of call center operations—inbound only—including team performance, workflow, and service delivery
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure success and continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor departmental budget and financial performance, providing regular reporting to leadership
  • Lead seasonal planning, hiring, and training to ensure readiness for peak periods starting in September
  • Ensure customers get fast, friendly service across phone, email, and order support
  • Coach, mentor, and hold the team accountable to meet service goals and build loyalty
About the Role
  • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
  • Direct hire opportunity with a stable, well-regarded company
  • You’ll have ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term performance of the department

  • Proven experience managing a customer service or call center operation, including budgets and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable
