Job Description
New opportunities for experienced Customer Service / Call Center jobseekers! Contract to hire for the right customer service savvy individuals. This company has multiple openings in their busy inbound / outbound call center. Career growth potential!!
Location of the Call Center
- Wallingford area
Hourly Pay
- $16.00 per hour
2 shifts available:
- Monday – Saturday 11am – 8pm
- Monday – Saturday 10am – 7pm
Off on Sunday and 1 day during the week. Making these positions perfect for the jobseeker who likes to start their workday a little later while enjoying a weekday off.
TRAINING:
- To set you up for success the company provides full training on the company product line and procedures. Once training has been completed, you will join the on-call rotation. Additional pay for the on-call period.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’ experience working in the customer service field (non-retail).
- Prior experience in a call center (Inbound & Outbound) preferred.
- Must be comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and screens at a time.
- Bilingual Spanish / English would be a plus.
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge needed.
