Job Description

Seasonal (full time) - Customer Service / Call Center Representative Job Opening – Branford area.
 
Busy, retail distribution center needs extra customer service representatives to assist their call center for the upcoming holiday months. To be successful, prior experience working in a high-volume call center is required. We are looking for CSR’s that are available to work full time hours. 
 
Positions are starting soon and are expected to run through December! $17 per hour.
 
Flexibility is key for these positions! The call center is open the following days & hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 8 am – 9 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am – 6 pm
  • Sunday: 11 am – 6 pm
The company will provide training on internal systems and procedures. These training sessions will take place during regular day hours and attendance is mandatory to ensure you have the tools necessary to assist their customers.
 
You will be provided with:
  • Weekly paycheck with option for direct deposit.
  • Our client will welcome you to their team and will appreciate your dedication to getting them through this upcoming holiday season.
  • They will set you up for success with their on-site training.
