Seasonal Call Center Representative
Branford area – $18/hr – Full Time
Branford area – $18/hr – Full Time
Join a busy call center team this holiday season! We’re hiring two seasonal Customer Relations Specialists to provide outstanding customer support during our clients peak months. This assignment will run for 6-8 weeks beginning November 10th.
Position Highlights
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time hours with open availability required, including weekends and evenings
- Location: Branford area
- Duration: Seasonal – starting November 10th through the holiday season
Call Center Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account information
- Provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the system
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
