Job Description
Certified Payroll Specialist (Experienced) – Construction Industry
A.R. Mazzotta has an opportunity for a payroll specialist who has processed certified payrolls within a construction company.
If your prior experience includes working in the accounting department of a construction company and where you were processing certified payrolls, handling AIA billing, CHRO compliance, and DAS prequalification using QuickBooks, this could be the job for you!
Administrative experience, professional communication and excellent organizational skills will be utilized in this contract to hire payroll opening.
What’s Offered:
- $25–$30/hour based on experience.
- Health insurance and 401(k) benefits upon permanent hire.
- Flexible start time options: 7–3, 8–4, or 9–5.
