Job Description

CNC Mold Maker – $30–$40/hr – Middletown, CT – Contract-to-Hire

Now hiring an experienced CNC Mold Maker! Join a top-tier manufacturing team in the Middletown area. Use your precision machining skills to build, repair, and fine-tune molds that keep production running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC machines to create precision molds
Use Mastercam to design and machine components
Troubleshoot and repair molds to reduce downtime
Collaborate with toolmakers, engineers, and production teams
Operate manual machines and forklifts as needed
Maintain accurate records and enter data into internal systems

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a CNC Mold Maker or Toolmaker
Mastercam proficiency (required)
Technical/trade school training preferred
Strong machining and mechanical problem-solving skills
Forklift experience and ability to use hand and power tools
Basic computer/data entry skills
