Job Description
Now Hiring: CNC Mold Maker
$30 - $ 40/hr – Middletown area – Contract-to-hire
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision? We’re looking for a CNC Mold Maker to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the Middletown area. From building new molds to fine-tuning existing ones, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft precision molds using CNC machines and Mastercam software
- Diagnose and repair existing molds to minimize downtime
- Partner with Tool Shop and Production leadership to maintain quality standards
- Operate various machines, tools, and a forklift when needed
- Keep detailed records and input data accurately into internal systems
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in mold making
- Technical or trade school background
- Proficiency in Mastercam
- Strong troubleshooting and machining skills
- Comfort using a variety of tools and equipment
- Forklift experience and basic computer skills
