- $20.00–$25.00 per hour – Entry Level / Apprentice
- $30.00–$37.00 per hour – Experienced CNC Machinist
- $42.00+ per hour – Senior Toolmaker / Multi-Skilled Machinist

Opportunities Available
Apprentice / Junior Machinists
Bring your mechanical aptitude, math skills, and willingness to learn. If you have vocational training, limited shop experience, or a strong desire to build a career in machining, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Experienced CNC Machinists
If you're comfortable setting up and operating CNC equipment, reading blueprints, and producing precision parts, you'll enjoy the variety and technical challenges this position offers.
Senior Toolmakers
We're also seeking highly skilled machinists with experience operating a combination of manual mills, lathes, CNC equipment, and EDM machines. Leadership opportunities may be available for candidates with the experience to mentor others and help guide shop operations.

What We're Looking For
- Experience may range from vocational school or apprenticeship training to highly skilled toolmaking.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math.
- Experience with CNC machining, manual machining, EDM, or precision tooling is valued, depending on the position.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
