Job Description
CNC Machinist opportunity to join a manufacturing company that is consistently developing their technology and expanding their product line to meet the needs of today’s technology.
Direct hire opening for a highly skilled Class A CNC Machinist. $30 per hour, plus benefits package.
As a Class A CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process. This is a chance to bring your years of experience along with your technical training to a new team.
You will utilize your knowledge to set-up, operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components and parts. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products and meeting customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Machinery to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Performs tool changes and resetting of tool offsets when required.
- Direct and train operators and machinist as assigned.
- Conduct in-process inspection.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with CNC machines.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Dismantle set-ups and return tools to proper location upon completion of manufacturing runs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment including cleaning machines daily.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a CNC Machinist role.
- Technical training and/or certification in CNC machining
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
- Familiarity with various CNC machines and their operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
