Job Description

CNC Machinist opportunity to join a manufacturing company that is consistently developing their technology and expanding their product line to meet the needs of today’s technology.

Direct hire opening for a highly skilled Class A CNC Machinist. $30 per hour, plus benefits package.

As a Class A CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process. This is a chance to bring your years of experience along with your technical training to a new team.

You will utilize your knowledge to set-up, operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components and parts. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products and meeting customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Machinery to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Performs tool changes and resetting of tool offsets when required.
Direct and train operators and machinist as assigned.
Conduct in-process inspection.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with CNC machines.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
Dismantle set-ups and return tools to proper location upon completion of manufacturing runs.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment including cleaning machines daily.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a CNC Machinist role.
Technical training and/or certification in CNC machining
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
Familiarity with various CNC machines and their operations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
