Are you an experienced CNC professional looking for a position where your skills will be challenged and appreciated? Our client, a well-established precision manufacturer, is expanding its team and hiring experienced CNC professionals for two first-shift opportunities.
Whether your strength is CAM programming or CNC milling setup and operation, you'll work on challenging custom machining projects where every day is different. Current Opportunities
CNC CAM Programmer
Starting at $30.00+ per hour
In this role, you'll develop and maintain CNC programs while determining tooling, fixturing, machining strategies, and manufacturing processes for precision components.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of CNC programming experience
- MasterCAM experience required (SmartCAM a plus)
- Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining
- Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
- Geometry and trigonometry proficiency
- SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer experience is a plus
CNC Milling Setup Operator
Starting at $27.00+ per hour
You'll set up and operate CNC milling equipment, verify part quality, troubleshoot machining issues, and produce precision components from engineering drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CNC milling setup and operating experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to troubleshoot machine setups and machining issues
- Commitment to producing high-quality work

Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Standard 44-hour workweek, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Additional overtime and Saturday work are available based on production needs.
