If you have bookkeeping experience and are comfortable completing bank statement reconciliations, this temporary opportunity could be a great fit.
A.R. Mazzotta is partnering with an established, professional Essex-area organization seeking an Accounting Assistant to provide temporary support through the end of October. The preferred schedule is 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for candidates available at least 30 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Perform bank statement reconciliations
- Assist with bookkeeping and daily accounting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support the accounting team with additional projects
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience completing bank statement reconciliations
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
