Job Description
Part-Time Bookkeeper
Part-Time | Bookkeeping & Account Reconciliation
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour based on experience
Location: Essex, CT
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help bring several accounts up to date and then provide ongoing monthly maintenance.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts
- Review books and statements for accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Help catch up and organize outstanding reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records once accounts are current
- Provide ongoing bookkeeping support, approximately 4–5 hours per month as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Strong reconciliation and account-balancing skills
- Experience working with multiple accounts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- QuickBooks experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time schedule.
