Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Meriden, CT area
Type: Contract (On-site training, then transition to work from home)
Pay Rate: $20.65 per hour
Duration: Estimated to run through the end of June

Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative specializing in health insurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring members receive the assistance they need. This position involves handling outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about insurance plans, and resolving issues effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our client’s organization while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare insurance industry.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is required.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare insurance field.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
