As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you'll serve as an important connection between patients and healthcare providers, helping individuals access the care and services they need. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy assisting others, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule
Variable shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from patients and families with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify and update demographic and insurance information
- Route calls to appropriate departments and providers
- Assist patients with questions and healthcare-related needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous call center, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
