Assembler – Precision Components | 2nd Shift (Train on 1st)

Join a clean, organized manufacturing environment where attention to detail matters. We have multiple openings for reliable individuals with strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small, sensitive parts.
Schedule
- 2nd shift (training on 1st shift required)
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small, precision parts at a workstation
- Work from diagrams, work instructions, and specifications
- Select correct components based on size and tolerance
- Use basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Perform finishing steps such as lubrication, sealing, and packaging
- Conduct quality checks including basic testing and inspection
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Follow detailed processes in a repetitive workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong manual dexterity and steady hands
- Ability to read and follow written/visual instructions
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work preferred
- Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
