Aerospace Welder
- Contract to Hire

- Starting pay $30+ depending on experience

Leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Aerospace Welder to join their team!
You will have the opportunity to perform precision welding work on high-quality aerospace components. We are seeking individuals experienced with TIG welding, blueprint reading, and working within strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precision TIG welding on aerospace components and assemblies
- Work from blueprints, work instructions, and weld specifications
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Work closely with quality and production teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Prior aerospace welding experience highly preferred
- TIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, or specialty alloys a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Weld certifications are a plus
