Job Description
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for managing healthcare operations? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility. This direct hire position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide excellent patient care while managing administrative functions.
55K – 65K, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budget oversight.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee patient services and address any concerns or improvements.
- Maintain and update facility policies, procedures, and records.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
