Would you consider yourself an administrative assistant that is highly organized and computer savvy? Our New Haven area client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their busy property management team!

As the Administrative Assistant / Property Administrator you can expect to be handling phones, processing invoices, following up on tenant emails and providing additional office support where needed.

This contract to hire opportunity is offering up to $55k depending on experience!

The following skills and experience will prove to be important for this administrative assistant role:
  • 3+ years’ experience working as an administrative assistant
  • Property management or real estate background / knowledge is ideal!
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. With an emphasis on Excel!
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up on company specific software
  • Prior experience working with invoices
  • Comfortable answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone
  • Strong customer service skills
