Are you looking for work in the New Haven area? Can you travel to Ansonia, Bridgeport, Clinton or Waterbury or Wallingford areas? A.R. Mazzotta is actively interviewing and hiring for Administrative Assistant roles in the New Haven and surrounding areas.
$16 - $20 per hour depending on the administrative assistant opening and office experience needed. Contract openings.

We are looking for jobseekers with the following abilities, skills, and experience.
- 1 – 2 years working in an administrative support role.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Medical Secretary or Front Desk Reception experience with an understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations.
- Ability to use standard office equipment.
