All administrative support positions require good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. At least 1 year experience working in a professional office environment. Solid understanding of basic office equipment and processes including scanners, copiers, printers, fax machines, filing, answering multi-line phone systems, etc.
We are hiring for the following part-time and full-time administrative assistant openings:
Part time Office Administrator - Newington
Contract to hire
$20 - $24 per hour
Part time Office / Accounting Assistant – Waterbury
Contract to hire
QuickBooks required
15 – 30 hours per week
$18 - $20 per hour
Administrative Assistant – Hartford
Contract to hire and long-term contract openings
$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Administrative Assistant – Middletown
Long-term contract
$18.50 – $20.00 per hour
