Administrative Assistant Opportunities
A.R. Mazzotta is continuously recruiting Administrative Assistants, Office Assistants, and Customer Support professionals for upcoming opportunities with reputable employers throughout the Middletown and Hartford, Connecticut areas.
If you have 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience and strong computer skills, we’d love to connect with you for

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office teams
- Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and basic reporting
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other office software to support daily operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of administrative, clerical, or office experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or on a team
