Job Description
Danbury area opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. A.R. Mazzotta is has a contract opening working in a State of Connecticut school office providing administrative support for the department.
Contract, $20 per hour.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the principal and will be responsible for the following:
- Greeting Visitors
- Answering incoming calls.
- Prioritizing calls and needed follow-up action.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Preparing reports, presentation and other documents as needed.
- Other general office support tasks as needed.
This office requires a person with prior experience working in a professional office environment as an administrative assistant, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Programs and Google Platform.
