- Prior experience working in an office environment.
- Experience working in an accounting department is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fast and accurate 10 Key (data entry)
- Willingness to help.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on accounting software and/or an ERP system a plus.
- Ability to learn to navigate new computer programs with ease.
- Distributing incoming invoices.
- Review invoice files for processing instructions.
- Match and process supplier invoices to the purchase order.
- Process non-inventory invoices in ERP system
- Create ACH or check payment batches
