Job Description
Embark on a rewarding career! Our clients value organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Multiple openings for Accounts Payable professionals within about 20-minute drive of the Middletown area.
Current accounts payable openings are working with companies that have solid roots in Connecticut. Interested individuals should submit their resume reflecting a minimum of 2 years of experience handling accounts payable tasks.
$18 - $22 based on experience and opportunity. Contract to hire, possible direct hire.
A/P responsibilities
- Matching purchases orders with invoices
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Entering invoices into system ensuring that GL account coding is accurate
- Statement reconciliation
- Process checks
- Maintain vendor files
- Complete credit applications as needed
Experience
- 2 years of experience processing A/P
- ERP system experience
- Accounting software experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to assist where needed
