Job Description
Accounts Payable Clerk (Contract-to-Hire) – Chester Area
Join a local manufacturing company and become a key part of a busy accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid A/P experience looking for long-term stability and growth.
- Pay: $20 – $23/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and support month-end activities
- Work within an ERP system to manage A/P transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- ERP system experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
