Accounting Assistant – Contract (3–6 Months)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support a busy office on a 3–6 month contract basis. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
$20 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) support
- Accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Assisting with customer inquiries via phone and email
- General administrative and office support as needed
- Helping keep day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in accounting or administrative support
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling phone and email communication with customers
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Dependable, professional, and willing to jump in where needed
