Job Description

Accountant

Put your accounting experience to work in a role where you’re truly part of the business.

We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Watertown seeking a full-time Accountant to support daily financial operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with a small team, and contributing beyond a narrow job scope when needed. Pay will be based on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small business or manufacturing setting
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop
Solid understanding of AP, AR, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Flexible and adaptable — someone who understands that small teams require teamwork and jumping into other tasks as needed
