Job Description

Manufacturing & Assembly Jobs – Torrington Area – $17+/hr

Looking to grow your manufacturing skills or start a new career in production? A.R. Mazzotta has multiple openings in the Torrington, CT area for entry-level and experienced individuals interested in working on the manufacturing floor doing assembly, machine operation, and general production work.

  • Pay starts at $17/hour, based on position, shift, and experience
  • Temp and temp-to-hire opportunities available
  • All shifts may be available – apply today to discuss your schedule!
What you’ll do:
  • Perform hands-on assembly using various hand, power tools and machinery
  • Operate or assist with manufacturing machines
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Support production processes from start to finish
What we’re looking for:

  • Genuine interest in manufacturing or production work
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
  • Comfortable working around machinery and tools
  • Willingness to learn and assist in different areas of the shop
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we also welcome entry-level candidates with trade school training or transferable mechanical skills. We are place material handlers!
