Administrative Assistant – Middletown area

Currently we are experiencing a high need for experienced administrative assistants in the Middletown area! Applying and interviewing with A.R. Mazzotta may open doors to companies that are not advertising on their own. No fees or obligations, only about an hour of your time between applying and interviewing! Average pay ranges between $15.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on the requirements of the administrative assistant - office assistant position.
Skills & experience we are looking for include:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in an office environment (administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, customer service).
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Social Media as it pertains to businesses.
- Top-notch customer service skills.
