Job Description
Hourly pay ranges $16 - $20 per hour, depending on assignment, required experience / skills and demands of the job. Many of the long-term, full time positions quality for A.R. Mazzotta’s benefits package including paid time off and holiday pay!
We are looking for jobseekers with the following abilities, skills, and experience.
- 1 – 2 years working in an administrative support role
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Medical Secretary or Front Desk Reception experience needed for certain assignments
- Understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations required for certain assignments
- Ability to use standard office equipment
