Job Description
Looking to start the new year with a new hybrid administrative work opportunity? We have multiple administrative assistant positions offering a hybrid work model right in the Wallingford area. 2 days in office and 3 days from home.
These administrative opportunities will run through May 2023. $17-18 per hour depending on experience.
Our client is looking for the following qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically MS Word & Excel
- Prior experience with medical terminology or in a healthcare setting
- Highly organized
- Customer oriented with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to shift focus from one assignment to another depending on department needs
- 2+ years work experience in an office / administrative capacity
