Fantastic career opportunity for Customer Service Specialist with academic background or experience working in a research laboratory. You will be working for a leading distributor of cutting-edge scientific laboratory equipment and solutions!

Located in the Southern Middlesex County area this very successful company will provide you with a rewarding career, product training, competitive compensation ($50K - $60K, depending on experience) and benefits package.

In this customer service role, you will be the first line of contact supporting customers. You can expect to work with requests coming in from the company’s website, assist customers with information about products, process orders, invoices, and track shipments.

This Customer Service position requires strong administrative skills to process transactions, produce invoices, and perform general administrative support. Professional, positive phone manner with excellent customer service skills required. Degree or courses in Biology, Chemistry, or relevant laboratory experience. Knowledge of standard laboratory and calibration procedures.
